I'd like to know how to get the fastest faction besides alliance battles. Sometimes they don't work for me and there are those noobs in luxon ab's that everyone off, so help please?

Equip your character with Frozen Soil.
Grab a bunch of henchmen.
Go outside Breaker Hollow into Archepelegos.
Kill the junk you first see.
Go on to the island and kill the Oni.
Keep going.
Talk to Arena Master Portus.
Accept his quest.
Keep going into the arena.
Drop Frozen Soil before heading down the last ramp.
Go into the arena, and everything will turn hostile.
If it doesn't, it glitched, go back to Breaker Hollow and start over.
Kill everything, healers first.
Don't let Frozen Soil expire.
Talk to Arena Master Portus for 400 Luxon faction.
Repeat.

Next time you have this question though, ask in the PvE forums.

Doing the arena quest is THE fastest way to get Luxon faction. But seriously, just make a build that doesn't blow, get some intelligent players (i.e. no W/Mo, boot anyone who won't stay with your group for a round), and get some wins. It's a lot less boring. If the American districts have too many idiots, just go to International. The only excuse for doing the boring Arena quest is if the battle line is on Ancestral Lands, a.k.a. free Kurzick victory.
